HISTORY
M M Patidar Properties, Inc. was created out of a vision of growth, hard work, an entrepreneurial spirit with a can do attitude, a desire to succeed and provide opportunities for generations to come. We are focused on management, acquisition and construction of branded hotels. M M Patidar Properties’ portfolio includes branded hotels within Marriott, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Best Western International, Wyndham Worldwide, La Quinta, and Choice Hotels International franchises. M M Patidar Properties has ventured into other commercial and residential real estate as well. We continue to broaden our horizons with various opportunities that may arise.

Our mission is to acquire, develop, and manage a portfolio of quality branded hotels through excellent service and exceeding expectations of our four key stakeholders: our guests, associates, investors, and community while delivering exceptional financial returns to the hotels’ investors.
