HISTORY
M M Patidar Properties, Inc. was created out of a vision of growth, hard work, an entrepreneurial spirit with a can do attitude, a desire to succeed and provide opportunities for generations to come. We are focused on management, acquisition and construction of branded hotels. M M Patidar Properties’ portfolio includes branded hotels within Marriott, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Best Western International, Wyndham Worldwide, La Quinta, and Choice Hotels International franchises. M M Patidar Properties has ventured into other commercial and residential real estate as well. We continue to broaden our horizons with various opportunities that may arise.
